What You Will Lead

The CTO will own the technology vision and help turn the current foundation into a scalable global engine. You will work closely with the founders on product direction, architecture, standards, delivery, and the long-term roadmap. The role is central to building the internal capability, systems, and tools needed to multiply the company’s operating impact.

• Set and drive the technology strategy for Appliers.ai
• Design scalable architecture for AI agents, automations, and business operating systems
• Recruit, guide, and develop a high-performing technical team
• Convert client transformation projects into reusable products, patterns, and platforms
• Define engineering standards, security practices, reliability, and scalability requirements
• Assess and adopt leading AI tools, frameworks, and platforms
• Work with clients, operators, and internal teams to solve complex business problems through technology
• Help shape how SMEs and enterprise customers adopt AI in practical, real-world settings
