About the Role
Bradsby Group is seeking a Chief Strategy & Investment Officer (CSIO) to be based in Dallas, TX. This executive position entails working directly with the Chairman & CEO, CFO, COO, and Board to drive the company’s long-term growth strategies, capital deployment, corporate development, and infrastructure investments. The ideal candidate must demonstrate extensive transaction experience, strategic partnership building, and capability in scaling businesses through acquisitions and investments, paired with strong financial acumen and executive presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's overall corporate strategy and spearhead long-range growth initiatives.
- Formulate and implement financing strategies for infrastructure projects, including project finance, tax equity, green bonds, project debt, and private equity.
- Manage end-to-end mergers and acquisitions processes such as financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, negotiations, and deal execution.
- Supervise strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
- Establish and maintain institutional capital relationships involving infrastructure funds, private equity, strategic investors, and investment banks.
- Maximize value from Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) portfolios by leveraging regulatory credits and emerging environmental market attributes.
- Investigate and appraise opportunities in areas like carbon capture, renewable fuels, and adjoining infrastructure markets.
- Regularly present investment opportunities and strategic plans to executive leadership and the Board.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and business units to support growth across the enterprise.
Candidate Requirements
- Over 12 years of senior management experience.
- Professional background in infrastructure private equity, investment banking, corporate development, energy, or strategy consulting.
- Solid experience leading project finance, infrastructure investments, mergers & acquisitions, or corporate development transactions.
- Proficiency in underwriting and closing complex infrastructure or energy-related deals.
- Strong executive presence with experience interacting with Boards and institutional investors.
- Demonstrated success in capital raising and crafting financing structures.
- Advanced financial modeling and investment analysis expertise.
- MBA preferred, ideally from a top-tier program.
- Experience in renewable energy sectors such as RNG, biofuels, infrastructure, waste-to-energy, or energy transition is highly valued.
- Familiarity with environmental and regulatory markets including LCFS, RINs, CARB, EPA, and carbon intensity mechanisms is advantageous.
