Job description
About the company
Soar is a Saudi-based fintech startup focused on financing and investment. Although it is headquartered in Saudi Arabia, the business is expanding across the region with a goal of helping people reach their financial objectives through practical tools and innovative solutions for financial and property investment, all delivered through a multi-purpose platform built for a straightforward, smooth experience.
Role mission
The company is seeking a Chief Product Officer to define, build, and scale an AI-led real estate platform from the ground up. The ambition is to reimagine how real estate transactions happen by moving away from fragmented data and manual work toward an agentic-first system where AI agents can source, analyze, negotiate, coordinate, and close while people provide direction and judgment. This position is for someone excited by creating a new category rather than optimizing an existing roadmap.
Agentic-first product approach
In this model, the product is designed around autonomous and semi-autonomous agents as the main way work gets done. Instead of simply adding a chatbot on top of legacy software, the platform is meant to be built with agents at the core, supported by interfaces, data flows, and trust systems that match that design.
- Agents should function as the central product unit rather than as a thin layer over old workflows.
- The focus should be on outcomes, not just on displaying information.
- Trust, clarity, and human oversight need to be built in from the start, especially where the agent acts on the user's behalf.
- Data capture and feedback loops should strengthen the product over time, with every transaction improving the next one.
What you will do
- Define the product direction, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-native real estate platform and stand behind the vision with conviction.
- Take products from an idea stage to launch and then to growth, choosing the first use case, shipping quickly, learning quickly, and expanding from there.
- Build the product organization from scratch by hiring, leading, and developing product, design, and product-engineering talent.
- Work directly with advanced models, agent frameworks, and new tooling, and run experiments that others may see as too early or too ambitious.
- Make bold but thoughtful decisions in uncertain conditions and own the results, whether they succeed or fail.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and company leadership to keep the organization aligned around one clear product strategy.
- Stay deeply connected to users and stakeholders such as agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, and investors so the product reflects real market needs.
Who you are
- You have a track record of building and shipping products that people actually used, preferably with 0-to-1 experience where you helped define the problem itself.
- You approach problems creatively, question assumptions, and enjoy working on challenges without an established playbook.
- You are comfortable with modern AI work, including LLMs, agents, or applied AI in production, or you have enough depth to lead teams doing that work.
- You are willing to take measured risks, make decisions with confidence when information is incomplete, and treat smart mistakes as part of fast progress.
- You can think strategically while still getting into the details of prototypes, product specs, prompts, data, and metrics.
- You can attract and inspire strong talent and raise the overall quality and ambition of the team.
- You work with speed, communicate clearly, and prioritize impact over process.
Bonus experience
- Background in fintech, marketplaces, agentic applications, or AI research and development.
- Experience as a founder or early-stage operator.
- A technical background, or the ability to debate agent architecture directly with engineers.
- A portfolio of products, prototypes, or experiments that can be reviewed and tested.
Why this opportunity stands out
This is a founding leadership role with meaningful ownership over the product, the team, and the direction of the company. The market opportunity is large, the timing for agentic AI is strong, and the role offers significant impact and equity upside. It is suited to someone who wants to build something that can reshape an entire industry through bold execution.
