The role includes leading discovery efforts and market analysis, translating insights into product requirements, establishing success measures, and using feedback and performance data to drive ongoing improvements. You will also lead and develop the product management team, shape product operating practices, and coordinate planning and execution across functions. In addition, you will collaborate with senior leadership on product portfolio decisions, pricing and packaging, and long-term innovation initiatives that support business expansion.
Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and support a team of product managers.
- Define product management processes and best practices for planning, execution, and launch.
- Work with executive leadership on portfolio planning, pricing, packaging, and innovation strategy.
Requirements
- Strong background in product strategy and product management, including roadmap creation and outcome-based planning.
- Solid project management capability for running complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide, mentor, and unify diverse teams.
- Experience developing and scaling B2B or SaaS products, preferably in technology, fintech, or digital services.
- Comfort using data, experimentation, analytics, and customer research to make product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills suited to a fully remote work setup.
- Experience working with senior executives on portfolio strategy, resource planning, and go-to-market decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is considered an advantage.
