We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join a dynamic, rapidly growing hospitality group with 15 venues based in London. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience within bars, pubs, and restaurants, particularly in scaling and selling hospitality businesses in the UK. This position offers the chance to influence the future trajectory and long-term vision of the company as it expands its innovative concept throughout London.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercial expansion by boosting sales performance and uncovering new revenue streams across all venues.
- Manage daily operations while enabling senior leadership to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Champion continuous evolution of the hospitality concept, ensuring uniform operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with founders to define and implement long-range growth strategies and expansion plans.
- Assemble and nurture high-performing teams, fostering a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top-tier hospitality professionals.
- Provide strong leadership across operations, people management, marketing, sales, and customer service functions.
- Refine the business model and strengthen its competitive stance within London's hospitality sector.

- Senior hospitality leader with proven multi-site operational management experience (COO, Managing Director, or similar roles).
