As Chief Operating Officer, you will work in close partnership with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, overseeing all facets of global operations and establishing a world-class operational platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable global operational model to underpin ongoing international growth.
• Direct manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, customer service, and operational excellence activities across multiple countries.
• Establish resilient global supply chains and strategic supplier relationships aimed at enhancing quality, service, and profitability.
• Drive operational transformation initiatives by leveraging technology, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Cultivate high-performing leadership teams internationally, fostering a culture of accountability, cooperation, and ongoing improvement.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a seasoned COO, Operations Director, Managing Director, or senior operations executive with demonstrated success in managing international manufacturing, production, or distribution operations. Key competencies include:

• Experience in leading and expanding complex international manufacturing and supply chain functions.
• A robust commercial orientation with deep knowledge in procurement, logistics, operational performance, and continuous improvement.
