Role Summary

This full-time remote leadership position is for a Chief Operating Officer who will own day-to-day operations and ensure the company delivers high-quality consulting, training, and HR solutions. The role calls for turning strategic direction into practical operating plans, managing core business functions, and bringing teams together to hit performance and growth targets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Streamline operational processes and improve workflow efficiency across the organization.
  • Track financial and operational performance indicators and use insights to guide decisions.
  • Support company-wide strategic planning and help shape execution priorities.
  • Work with senior leadership on budgeting, resource planning, and risk control.
  • Ensure strong client experience through reliable and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across functions and business processes.
  • Promote accountability, inclusion, innovation, and strong engagement within remote teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong capability in business planning and strategic leadership, with the ability to connect operations to company goals.
  • Demonstrated background in operations management, including improving processes and coordinating across teams.
  • Advanced analytical ability to assess data, evaluate results, and support sound decisions.
  • Good knowledge of finance and budgeting, including cost control, revenue forecasting, and growth support.
  • Prior exposure to HR, consulting, or professional services environments is an advantage.
  • Experience leading remote teams, working with stakeholders, and driving organizational change.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced degree is considered a plus.
