Key Responsibilities

• Drive and refine essential business operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and organizational outcomes.
• Create, deploy, and perpetually improve operational procedures to support the company's growth trajectory.
• Collaborate closely with senior executives to advance strategic projects and facilitate data-informed decision-making.
• Oversee and enhance full-spectrum talent acquisition processes, ensuring a seamless and effective candidate journey.
• Apply AI technologies, automation, and data analytics to optimize workflow and boost operational productivity.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives from inception through implementation, managing relevant stakeholders.
• Establish reporting systems, performance metrics, and governance structures to track outcomes and uncover enhancement opportunities.
• Construct scalable operational frameworks, equipping teams with the necessary tools, processes, and support for success in a dynamic growth setting.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree is required; MBA qualification is highly preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Minimum of seven years’ experience in Strategy, Operations, Technology, Management Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience working with Artificial Intelligence.
