About the Role
We are collaborating with one of the fastest-growing AI firms to find a remarkable Chief of Staff to support the General Manager of Growth in San Francisco, CA. This position offers the chance to be at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence, assisting in scaling a company reshaping how human expertise drives next-generation AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives with significant impact from conception through to completion.
- Manage cross-department programs involving Product, Growth, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Data teams.
- Implement operational rhythms, define OKRs, and develop frameworks to maintain alignment among teams.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles swiftly to accelerate decision-making processes.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on recruitment strategies and organizational expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor and representative for the GM, participating in critical projects and stakeholder discussions as necessary.
- Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous challenges, achieving tangible business results.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years' experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business operations, or as a Chief of Staff.
- Proven track record working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a continuous commitment mindset.
- Experienced in supporting senior executives and collaborating across diverse functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with a focus on practical execution.
- Adept at managing ambiguity, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and delivering outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Approachable, team-oriented, with a humble leadership style that influences effectively without formal authority.
- Motivated by building, scaling, and delivering substantial impact within an organization.

Compensation: Base salary range $130,000 to $200,000 plus bonus, equity, and excellent benefits.
