About the Role
Our client is an expanding enterprise software company at an exciting point of growth. The Chief of Staff to the COO will act as a strategic partner to the COO, assisting with driving important company-wide initiatives, accelerating cross-departmental projects, and aiding high-impact operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the COO to advance strategic priorities and executive-led projects.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, company communications, and leadership documentation.
- Lead transformational initiatives involving multiple business functions.
- Oversee critical projects from conception through execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Carry out research, financial and operational analyses to support executive decision-making.
- Manage progress and accountability for organization-wide strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a bridge among executive leadership teams to keep priorities coordinated and initiatives progressing smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is preferred.
- Prior experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm such as MBB, EY-Parthenon, or Accenture Strategy.
- Expertise in business transformation, operations, corporate strategy, or organizational effectiveness.
- Strong executive presence coupled with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly developed analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priority projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience working closely with senior leaders and handling sensitive information confidentially.
Preferred Experience
- Background working with private equity-backed enterprises.
- Experience in PMO, strategic program management, or enterprise-wide transformation.
- History of supporting executive leadership within an operational environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise software or comparable high-growth tech companies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging between $200,000 and $250,000.
- Eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
