Role overview

This position supports the Chief Executive Officer as a strategic partner and operational driver in a global organization with 3,500 employees across 15+ countries. The role is designed to strengthen alignment across the enterprise, help deliver strategic priorities, and improve the overall effectiveness of the Office of the CEO.

Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Board stakeholders, and functional leaders, this role helps translate strategy into execution, strengthens governance, and keeps key initiatives moving across the business.

What you will do

  • Work with the CEO to shape enterprise priorities and turn business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Lead and coordinate major cross-functional initiatives so that business and corporate teams stay aligned.
  • Prepare strategic analysis, insights, and recommendations to support executive decisions.
  • Track organizational performance, major metrics, key risks, and interdependencies that affect execution.
  • Run the operating cadence for the Executive Leadership Team, including leadership meetings, strategic reviews, offsites, and business updates.
  • Make sure decisions, action items, and enterprise commitments are followed through to completion.
  • Coordinate executive-level presentations, briefing packs, and communications for Board meetings, investors, and leadership audiences.
  • Support governance and decision-making processes across the organization.
  • Contribute to transformation work, organizational change, and operational improvement programs.
  • Help remove barriers, resolve escalations, and improve collaboration across functions.
  • Spot opportunities to improve efficiency, organizational effectiveness, and alignment at the leadership level.
  • Assist in prioritizing initiatives and aligning resources to the most important work.
  • Serve as a key link between the CEO, ELT, Board stakeholders, and important internal and external partners.
  • Help create executive communications, leadership messages, and company-wide updates.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to support collaboration and alignment.
  • Own sensitive, high-impact projects on behalf of the CEO.
  • Perform research, analysis, and market assessment work to support strategic opportunities.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, integrations, separations, and growth-related initiatives when needed.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, consulting, corporate development, business management, or a similar leadership track.
  • Prior experience supporting C-suite executives or executive teams in a complex, fast-moving environment.
  • Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives across an enterprise.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and strong organization.
  • Comfort handling highly confidential and sensitive information with care and discretion.
  • Background in a public company, consulting firm, transformation program, or high-growth business is preferred.

Reporting line
