Role Overview

We seek a Chief of Staff to serve as a direct and trusted extension to the CEO, closely collaborating on pivotal company initiatives. This position offers unique insight into the mechanics of scaling a high-growth enterprise and encompasses responsibility for complex problem-solving, driving critical cross-company efforts, and influencing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a core advisor and confidant to the CEO on major company priorities.
• Lead and manage top-priority strategic and operational projects across departments.
• Coordinate multi-functional initiatives ensuring alignment, accountability, and effective execution.
• Convert broad objectives into concrete plans with clear milestones and measurable results.
• Detect organizational inefficiencies and develop scalable improvements to boost performance.
• Oversee company planning, operational rhythms, and aid executive decision processes.
• Prepare executive-level communications including presentations, board materials, and strategic reports.
• Design and refine operational frameworks, planning systems, and company practices.
• Utilize AI capabilities to automate processes, increase productivity, and speed decision-making.
• Collaborate with leaders from Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive rapid progress.
• Forecast potential obstacles and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
• Amplify the CEO’s impact by enabling faster company-wide execution and better judgments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Between 3 to 8 years of experience in consulting, business operations, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, startup operations, product management, or comparable strategic fields.
• Demonstrated success working in high-velocity startup environments with enthusiasm for dynamic growth and change.
• Proven expertise in leading complicated cross-functional programs with quantifiable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical abilities paired with structured problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A systems thinker who simplifies complex challenges, identifies root causes, and devises scalable solutions.
• Exhibits extreme ownership with a proactive attitude, comfortable navigating uncertainty and delivering results with minimal guidance.
• Possesses strong business judgment and navigates trade-offs between strategic planning and operational execution adeptly.
• Has excellent leadership skills influencing across functions without direct authority and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in leveraging AI-driven tools to automate workflows, enhance efficiency, and support better decisions.
