Job description
About the Company
Inkitt is a technology and entertainment company using AI and predictive modeling to find undiscovered stories and develop them into major hits. The company releases a new $1M ebook about every 4 weeks and sells directly to readers through its Galatea app. It is now the 11th largest publisher by bestseller generation, with a hit rate that is reported to be 40 times higher than conventional publishers. Backed by a recent Series C and investors including Khosla, Kleiner Perkins, and NEA Ventures, the company’s move into CandyJarTV is positioned as the next step in building a next-generation entertainment business.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities, with a track record of managing several complex workstreams at once.
- High emotional intelligence and humility, with the ability to work effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.
- A balance of strategic thinking and willingness to execute hands-on when needed.
- Genuine interest in technology, storytelling, and the combination of AI and entertainment.
