Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience with proven success in budget management, operational execution, and executive-facing deliverables.
• Solid financial acumen, including experience evaluating ROI, investment value, or business results.
• Background managing structured business processes such as recruiting operations, onboarding programs, leadership routines, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished, executive-ready materials.
• Strong judgment and executive presence, including the ability to identify issues that need senior leadership involvement.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with limited direct support.
• Strong process orientation, combined with creative problem-solving and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Familiarity with product-oriented operating models, including product ownership, delivery workflows, and team structures.
• Comfort working through organizational change and emerging technologies, including AI-driven transformation.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and business outcomes is preferred.
• Healthcare or insurance background is preferred.
