Role Summary

Join us as Chief of Staff driving strategic growth and operational improvements in a high-energy environment. You will partner with the CEO to spearhead company-wide initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure cross-functional alignment to accelerate growth and scalability as we approach IPO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of CEO’s strategic priorities ensuring accountability and measurable progress.
• Coordinate teams around critical OKRs and company goals, resolving challenges proactively alongside department heads.
• Drive major cross-functional projects enhancing operational scalability and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and refine processes to improve decision-making and execution efficiency across the enterprise.
• Represent the CEO in select meetings, facilitating communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Craft executive communications including board materials and investor updates with clarity and insight.
• Oversee enterprise-wide process improvement and change management initiatives to elevate business performance and support growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify operational gaps and implement sustainable solutions fostering collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

• MBA degree is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of executive leadership experience with a strong background in enterprise change management.
• Minimum 5 years working in high-growth settings, preferably in technology, SaaS, or healthcare sectors.
• Proven expertise in business operations with a pragmatic and value-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills and systems thinking ability, adept at balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and maintaining pace in a dynamic environment.
• Advantageous: Experience scaling companies or business units during early or growth phases.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from $100,000 to $120,000 with an additional 20% bonus.

Additional Information
