Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with founders to advance strategic priorities and ensure timely completion of major initiatives.
• Support cross-functional projects spanning operations, finance, human resources, recruitment, and other business areas.
• Design and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency as the organization expands.
• Coordinate critical projects by uniting stakeholders across departments and maintaining momentum across workstreams.
• Assist leadership in planning, budgeting, reporting, and operational decision-making activities.
• Develop scalable internal systems to improve communication, accountability, and execution organization-wide.
• Proactively identify potential operational obstacles and implement effective corrective solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between 3 to 8 years of professional experience in analytical or operational roles such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategy and Operations, Human Resources, Finance, or fast-paced tech companies.
• Adept at juggling multiple project streams while combining strategic insight with practical execution.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and strong prioritization abilities.
• Confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior leaders across diverse functions.
• Problem solver who embraces process improvements and takes initiative in dynamic environments.
• Curious, adaptable, and driven by the prospect of shaping the growth of an emerging business.
