Your Role

• Work closely with the management team on both strategic and day-to-day matters.
• Prepare decision materials, carry out market and investment analysis, and structure complex topics clearly.
• Support and further develop the real estate portfolio, including asset management, project development, and transactions.
• Create and improve structures as well as reporting and controlling processes to support future growth.
• Assist with alternative investments such as direct equity stakes and private debt, including support in decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

• A completed degree in business administration, finance, management, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical ability and a high comfort level with numbers.
• Ideally, prior exposure to investment banking, private equity, real estate, consulting, or a family office.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take responsibility.
• Excellent organisational skills and a practical, can-do attitude.
• Very good German and English language skills.

Additional Information
