Role Overview
This position is for a high-caliber Chief of Staff & Executive Operations Support professional who will act as the strategic partner to senior leaders, specifically the President & COO of Unisco.com and the Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer of Item.com. The role goes well beyond a conventional executive assistant function. It is designed for someone who can operate as an extension of the executive office, move strategic priorities forward, strengthen organizational accountability, and use AI to improve the way work is executed.
The ideal candidate is highly structured, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, skilled at balancing competing priorities, and motivated by the opportunity to apply AI tools to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Advance strategic programs and initiatives across several business areas.
- Manage executive-level projects and broader program execution.
- Organize executive meetings, priority alignment, communications, and action tracking.
- Create dashboards, reports, presentations, and other materials that support decision-making at the executive level.
- Maintain accountability tracking for important initiatives and leadership commitments.
- Develop and roll out AI-enabled workflows and business automation solutions.
- Streamline operational processes and build systems that can scale.
- Work closely with leaders in operations, finance, technology, sales, and other teams.
- Help keep the executive team concentrated on the most critical business priorities.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or working in a Chief of Staff, Executive Operations, Program Management, or comparable strategic capacity.
- Strong project management ability and excellent organizational discipline.
- Clear, polished written and verbal communication suited to executive audiences.
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience handling multiple cross-functional initiatives at the same time.
- Sound business judgment, strong confidentiality, and close attention to detail.
- Regular hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience creating AI workflows, automations, Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, or working with tools like Zapier or Make is a strong advantage.
- A proactive ownership mentality with a drive for action and ongoing improvement.
