Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief of Staff who will partner closely with the CEO to drive the company’s key priority projects. This role is multi-disciplinary, integrating efforts across product development, market strategy, and operational functions. You will bring clarity and structure where there is ambiguity, align teams effectively, and translate strategic plans into actionable steps.

The position involves leading major initiatives from start to finish, including problem definition, execution, and performance review. Projects may involve expanding into new markets, optimizing pricing strategies, enhancing internal processes, or launching new company functions. Additionally, you will support preparation for significant external events such as board meetings, investor communications, and strategic alliance formation.

Candidate Profile

• Strong ability to structure complex, unclear problems and drive them towards solutions.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with a focus on results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of collaborating closely with senior executives and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data to guide decisions.
• High ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and effective organizational skills.
• 3 to 7+ years of experience in consulting, startups, or operations roles.
• Background in healthcare or tech startups experiencing rapid growth is highly advantageous.
