Their platform offers Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) that is HIPAA-compliant and recognized within the NVIDIA Inception program. The company partners with clinicians across the US and maintains a distributed team spanning the US and India, currently in the process of raising their seed funding round.

Role Overview

This position acts as the primary collaborator to the founder, coordinating operations across the organization to transform diverse priorities into efficient systems. Responsibilities include managing fundraising operations, overseeing the company's operating rhythm, and leading special projects that bridge multiple functions, including market and clinical supervisory research to refine strategy. The role suits an experienced generalist eager to engage deeply with startup growth and exercise significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize company operations and the founder's office, including setting weekly goals, tracking OKRs, maintaining performance dashboards, and preparing board materials.
• Develop and implement streamlined internal processes and tools to enable scalable team growth without disorder.
• Act as the founder's key partner by anticipating challenges, removing obstacles, and ensuring critical tasks are completed.
• Conduct comprehensive market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead clinical-supervisor and provider segment research focusing on technology stacks, perceptions, community hubs, and recruitment strategies to guide go-to-market and product efforts.
• Oversee special initiatives involving partnerships, vendor and legal coordination, and general operations.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years' experience in consulting, banking, startup operations, chief of staff, or a founding/business operations role.
• Exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and excellent written communication abilities.
• Comfortable multitasking across diverse areas such as finance, operations, go-to-market strategy, and research.
• Highly self-driven, thrives in uncertain environments, and capable of rapid decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or comparable operational expertise.
• Previous experience in startups, founding teams, or fundraising contexts.
• Familiarity with cap tables, financial modeling, investor documentation, and a keen interest in healthcare and AI domains.

Compensation and Structure

• Senior-level founding team member working directly with the founder.
• Equity-based compensation package with a standard four-year vesting schedule and a one-year cliff, complemented by cash remuneration upon completion of the seed funding round.
• Opportunity to start as a second-year MBA project or fellowship with potential transition to full-time employment.
