Job description
About the company
Thesis is creating an AI-enabled care team platform designed to expand clinical capacity at scale. The company combines AI agents with clinical specialists to improve access to care and raise the quality of clinical operations and care management for healthcare organizations.
Headquartered in New York City, the company is expanding quickly and has raised $60 million from Oak HC/FT, CRV, Black Opal Ventures, and experienced healthtech angel investors.
Role overview
The company is hiring a proactive, highly driven Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and leadership team. The position sits at the center of strategy, operations, and execution, and will act as a force multiplier as the business scales. The role will lead important cross-functional work across go-to-market, product, operations, and broader company strategy. It is best suited to someone with a strong analytical background from consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a high-growth startup who wants to own outcomes on the operating side.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-priority strategic initiatives from definition and analysis through implementation and follow-through, including commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, product direction, client rollout work, operational expansion, and other special projects as business needs evolve.
- Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership as a dependable partner on priorities, strategic choices, and new challenges, helping clarify ambiguous problems and structure decision-making.
- Improve the company’s operating foundation by spotting weaknesses in processes, systems, and workflows and pushing changes that support scale.
- Support go-to-market execution by helping with sales operations, creating client-facing collateral, developing positioning frameworks, and assisting in closing key accounts with the leadership team.
Candidate profile
The preferred candidate has a rigorous professional background, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to work effectively in uncertain, fast-moving situations. You should be comfortable taking initiative, solving complex problems, and turning analysis into clear action. Strong communication skills are important, along with the ability to speak effectively with engineers, investors, and clinical stakeholders. Interest in healthcare or healthtech is valued, and prior experience in the space is a plus but not required.
Compensation and benefits
The target pay range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000, plus equity and a generous benefits package.
Equal opportunity statement
Thesis Care is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse, inclusive workplace. All qualified candidates will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
