Role Overview

We seek a Chief of Staff to work onsite in New York, NY, reporting directly to the CEO. This full-time position involves close collaboration with executive leadership to drive strategic priorities, foster organizational alignment, and enhance operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include conducting research and analysis for decision-making, managing cross-departmental projects, facilitating inter-team communications, and assisting the CEO with meeting and strategic planning preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and partner with executive leadership to develop and deliver strategic initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency throughout the organization while managing key projects.
• Perform thorough research and data analysis to inform leadership decisions.
• Act as a communication conduit between various teams to streamline workflows.
• Assist CEO in preparing for board meetings, presentations, and long-term planning.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience, preferably in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Previous Chief of Staff role is highly desirable, especially at a digital health startup or other fast-growing technology company.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a decisive bias to action and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
• Specialized expertise in one or more areas such as strategy, sales, finance, operations, product management, or go-to-market execution.
• Superior analytical and communication skills, adept at data modeling, creating impactful presentations, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• High integrity and trustworthiness to handle sensitive information and align with company values.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize complex tasks and schedules efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Target base salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000+ depending on experience.
