Position Overview

We seek a Chief of Staff to act as a key partner and multiplier to our leader Jaleh. This individual will be operationally savvy, deeply familiar with AI technologies, and a natural catalyst for cultivating company culture. With a mindset grounded in humility and a commitment to team success, the Chief of Staff will work closely with Jaleh to transform ambiguity into actionable solutions and accelerate organizational momentum.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize Jaleh’s productivity by designing and managing an AI assistant to handle daily communications—including drafting and prioritizing email—preparing meeting materials, planning events, and automating recurring tasks that don't require personal attention.
• Manage Jaleh’s calendar, review documentation, track commitments and follow-ups, and coordinate travel and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with Jaleh to address the company’s most urgent challenges, ranging from pricing strategy and legal affairs to expansion planning, independently driving problems from unclear to resolved.
• Lead people initiatives by developing programs to attract talent, manage onboarding processes, and foster cultural rituals that enhance team cohesion as the company scales.
• Support preparation and coordination of board materials, investor communications, and financial oversight, working closely on accounting processes and monthly closings until a Head of Finance is appointed.

Experience

• At least two years of professional experience in a startup or consulting context.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $170,000 to $230,000 annually.
