About the Company
4Divinity is an expanding global publisher in the video game space, dedicated to delivering standout interactive entertainment to players across the world. The business is growing quickly and is now looking for a commercially minded finance leader to help steer its next phase of international scale-up.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO and the Board, the CFO will own the organisation’s financial direction, corporate finance agenda, fundraising efforts, investor communication, governance, and worldwide finance operations. This is a senior leadership position with strong exposure to strategic decision-making, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and long-term business value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and drive the company’s financial strategy, planning framework, and performance management approach.
- Manage financial reporting, treasury, taxation, risk controls, and corporate governance matters.
- Spearhead fundraising activity, covering equity funding, debt financing, and strategic capital support.
- Own investor relations and maintain active engagement with investors, financial institutions, and other important stakeholders.
- Contribute to capital market work and shareholder communication initiatives.
- Spot and assess potential investments, partnerships, and corporate development opportunities.
- Lead M&A activity, including due diligence, valuation, transaction execution, and post-deal integration.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory, audit, and governance obligations.
- Work closely with the CEO and Board on growth strategy and business expansion.
Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Professional credentials such as CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification are preferred.
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership.
- Background in a CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director, Group Financial Controller, or similar executive finance role.
- Deep experience in corporate finance, capital raising, investor relations, capital markets, strategic investing, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Prior exposure to a publicly listed company environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEC reporting, SOX compliance, investor relations, and capital markets processes is an advantage.
- Experience supporting regional or international operations, especially across Asia-Pacific markets, would be beneficial.
- Track record of managing finance operations across multiple jurisdictions and handling cross-border transactions.
- Experience in technology, gaming, digital entertainment, media, or other fast-growing sectors is advantageous.
- Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin or Chinese ability is a plus for work involving Chinese-speaking markets.

This position is based in Singapore and is a full-time, on-site leadership role.
