Role Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role is a full-time, on-premises position located in Jeddah. This executive will oversee the company's financial operations including planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. Key duties include monitoring cash flow, managing banking relations, evaluating investment and financing strategies, and ensuring adherence to statutory and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct comprehensive financial planning and budgeting activities to align with organizational goals.
- Produce and analyze accurate, timely financial reports and statements.
- Manage liquidity to maintain optimal cash flow and banking partnerships.
- Assess and implement funding and investment decisions to enhance financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with local financial laws, regulations, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic growth and profitability improvements.
- Lead, develop, and manage the finance team while refining financial processes and systems.
- Deliver clear financial insights to support informed business decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proficient in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Experienced in preparing and auditing financial statements and reporting with accuracy and compliance.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data and influence strategic choices.
- Prior senior financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or related sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar discipline; professional certifications like CPA, CMA, or CFA are advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding finance teams and collaborating with cross-departmental stakeholders.
- High ethical standards, sound judgment, and commitment to responsible financial governance.
