Role Overview
The position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at القرية QARYAH is a permanent, on-site opportunity located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The CFO will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, overseeing cash flow, and planning finances to align with long-term strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage reporting processes for stakeholders both internal and external.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster high performance.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems.
- Assess financial risks and potential opportunities.
- Provide data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making by executives.
- Collaborate with leadership on investment strategies, cost reduction, and enhancing organizational performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong background in corporate or organizational finance management.
- Skilled in financial planning including budget creation, forecasting, and capital allocation over the long term.
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Advanced analytical ability to interpret complex financial information and offer actionable insights.
- Experience in leading finance teams and staff development.
- Knowledge of internal control systems, risk management, and governance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for engaging senior management and board members.
- Academic credentials in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields; professional finance certifications like CPA, CMA, or CFA are desirable.
- Understanding of financial regulations and best practices in Saudi Arabia or GCC region is advantageous.
