Role Overview

We are searching for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This fully remote position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CFO will spearhead financial strategy development, oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting, and mitigate financial risks. This position plays a crucial role in supporting strategic corporate decisions and safeguarding long-term financial health.

Travel & Onboarding

The role involves occasional international travel — approximately once a month — to the United Kingdom, United States, or Khobar, Saudi Arabia. All related business travel expenses, including flights, will be borne by the company. The initial two weeks will involve a structured onboarding and training phase, culminating in earning a company-provided training certification.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
Master's degree (MBA, Finance, or related field) is a plus.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Strong analytical capabilities coupled with leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship management.
Ability to thrive in a fully remote, dynamic environment.
Willingness to undertake international travel as necessary.
