Job description
Role Overview
We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly expanding family office platform in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The business has investments and operating interests in real estate and technology, and this role offers the chance to join a founder-led organization during a significant growth phase.
The CFO will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to help guide the company’s next stage of development across future living concepts, technology-driven experiences, and major development programs.
Key Accountabilities

- Oversee portfolio-wide profit and loss performance and cash flow management.
- Set and monitor commercial governance frameworks as well as pricing approaches.
- Supervise procurement activity and supply chain coordination.
- Strengthen risk controls, compliance practices, and operational oversight.
- Design and implement finance processes and systems that can scale with the business.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a commercially sharp finance leader who is comfortable balancing strategy with day-to-day execution in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. This position suits someone who can operate as both a senior advisor and a hands-on operator.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a fast-growing or founder-led organization.
- Exposure to real estate, technology, investment platforms, or diversified business groups.
- Proven strength in commercial finance and operational leadership.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-entity corporate structures.
