Role Overview

We seek a dedicated Chief Financial Officer based full-time in Dubai to steer the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and administration. The position involves supervising budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and capital deployment to ensure sustainable and impact-driven growth. The CFO will be responsible for financial reporting, governance, and compliance—ensuring timely and precise financial disclosures and audits. Additionally, the CFO will advise senior management and board members regarding financial health, risks, and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance team while enhancing financial processes and systems.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow and allocate capital effectively to promote sustainable business growth.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements through rigorous financial statement preparation and scrutiny.
• Support investment evaluation, fundraising, and optimization of the company’s capital structure.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic decisions, partnerships, and new business ventures.
• Maintain transparent communication with the executive team and board regarding financial performance and risk management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience in high-level finance roles such as CFO or equivalent, preferably within growth-focused or impact-centric organizations.
• Strong command of finance and analytical skills to guide strategy and performance assessment.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial statement analysis complying with relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, risk assessment, investment appraisal, and fundraising activities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Educational background including a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are advantageous.
• Experience working in international, multicultural settings; familiarity with UAE or regional regulatory frameworks is a plus.
