Role Overview
This position is for an experienced Chief Financial Officer who can oversee the company’s financial functions, maintain statutory compliance, and support long-term business growth through sound financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan finances, build budgets, and prepare forecasts to support business decisions.
- Oversee accounting operations, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, including the Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST requirements.
- Manage audits and coordinate with auditors as well as banking partners.
- Strengthen risk controls and internal financial processes.
- Support fundraising activities and manage communication with investors.
- Guide and lead the finance and accounts team.
