Role Summary
This full-time, on-site CEO position in Manly, New South Wales is accountable for leading NeuroCog® across strategy, operations, and culture. The successful leader will shape and implement the organization’s vision and long-term direction, making sure it stays aligned with its mission of advancing neurocognitive training and emotional growth.
Key Duties
The role involves overseeing both clinical and administrative functions, managing budgets and financial outcomes, and refining processes to support steady and sustainable expansion. The CEO will also guide business planning, support service innovation, and pursue opportunities for partnerships, marketing, and community engagement. In addition, the position requires building and coaching a strong team, maintaining a workplace grounded in values, and representing NeuroCog® to clients, partners, and relevant professional or regulatory bodies.

Experience in sales and business development is also valuable, especially in forming partnerships, expanding services, and improving market visibility in healthcare or professional services settings. Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for working effectively with clinical specialists, employees, and external partners. Prior leadership in healthcare, mental health, coaching, or a similar professional services environment is highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is required, while an advanced qualification such as an MBA, MPH, or a relevant clinical credential would be an advantage. The role also calls for a clear commitment to ethical conduct, inclusive leadership, and a respectful, client-focused workplace culture.
