Chief Executive Officer

Role overview

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief Executive Officer to steer the organization’s direction, accelerate growth, and deliver long-term success. This leader will shape the company’s vision, strengthen business performance, assemble a strong leadership bench, and create enduring value for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Set the company’s long-range vision, mission, and strategic priorities, and communicate them clearly across the organization.
• Own overall growth, profitability, and expansion into new markets.
• Recruit, guide, and develop the executive team, including leaders across technology, product, and sales.
• Make major decisions related to operations, investment planning, and strategic partnerships.
• Act as the company’s representative with investors, board members, customers, and other external parties.
• Lead fundraising activities, manage investor relationships, and oversee capital deployment.
• Keep all functions aligned with company goals and strategic direction.
• Define the organization’s culture, core values, and leadership standards.
• Track performance indicators and ensure delivery against targets.
• Spot and pursue new opportunities that can drive innovation and strengthen competitive position.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of leadership experience, including roles at the executive level.
• A strong history of helping a company or business line scale successfully.
• Solid understanding of business across product, technology, and go-to-market areas.
• Hands-on experience with fundraising, investor communication, and board-level management.
• Proven capability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and leadership abilities.

Preferred background

• Previous experience serving as a CEO or founder.
• Exposure to fast-growing startups or high-growth business environments.
• Experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or other technology-led companies.
• MBA or an advanced degree in business or a technical field.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in New York, United States. The role is intended for an established executive who can combine strategic direction with strong operational execution.
