Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position is a full-time, on-premise leadership role located in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area. The CEO holds responsibility for the company’s overall vision, leadership, and operational performance. Key duties include setting strategic objectives, steering business plans, and ensuring the fulfillment of financial, operational, and commercial targets. Daily activities involve directing the executive leadership team, tracking critical performance metrics, managing budgeting processes, sanctioning significant investments, and ensuring operational alignment with strategic aims.

Furthermore, the CEO will cultivate and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and other stakeholders, represent the corporation in external engagements, and foster a culture emphasizing accountability, inclusiveness, and ongoing enhancement. The role also encompasses identifying emerging market prospects, guiding sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in finance and business planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven capability in operations management and organizational process optimization.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution across various business units.
• Experience driving sales growth and crafting effective commercial strategies.
• Extensive senior executive leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or comparable C-level role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Competence in data-driven decision-making and risk management in fluid business environments.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Experience leading teams within the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area or the surrounding region is considered advantageous.
