Chief Executive Officer

Role overview

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer for a rapidly expanding, publicly listed Internet and Entertainment group based in Singapore. The role involves working closely with the management team to accelerate execution, improve performance, and ensure strong alignment across the business.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to a commercially minded executive with experience steering intricate organizations made up of multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Turn group strategy into action across several business units and regional markets.
• Monitor and improve operating and financial results across the organization.
• Bring leadership teams into alignment and help strengthen how the company functions internally.
• Build and manage KPI systems, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Contribute to capital deployment decisions, fundraising efforts, and investment-related work.
• Handle relationships with investors, the Board, and other important external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Established leadership background at the level of Deputy CEO, COO, Managing Director, or a similar senior position.
• Solid experience in capital markets and fundraising.
• Clear evidence of strong commercial judgment and effective operational delivery.
• Prior exposure to organizations operating across multiple entities or regions.
• Experience working in a listed-company setting.
• Well-developed stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with partners based in China.
