Role overview
This is a full-time Chief Executive Officer opportunity based in Melbourne, Victoria, within a founder-led, private equity-backed scale-up. The venture already has a live product, active user adoption, and early commercial momentum, and is now seeking a CEO to help convert that traction into global growth.
The business is supported by Sansoni Management and is building a deal-focused ecosystem for entrepreneurs, bringing together opportunities, services, and growth pathways in one platform. It has progressed beyond concept stage, with the product in market, a beta app live, around 10,000 users onboarded, and approximately 2,000 deals already moving through the platform. Pre-seed funding is already in place, with the next step being a seed-scale raise.
What the CEO will do
- Work closely with the Founder on direction, priorities, and execution.
- Lead the next phase of business growth and scaling.
- Secure capital, with US market exposure considered an advantage.
- Commercialize the product and strengthen market performance.
- Create the systems, structure, and team needed for international expansion.
- Build repeatable processes that turn early traction into sustained, scalable results.
- Oversee go-to-market activity and user growth at scale.
- Represent the company to investors, partners, and external stakeholders.
