Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide a distinguished private aviation company known for unparalleled convenience, exceptional service, top-tier safety, and quality. This role demands a strategic leader committed to steering the organization towards sustained growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the company's long-term strategy, focusing on expanding the fleet, geographical presence, and market share in collaboration with the Owner.
- Manage complete financial oversight, including profit and loss accountability, driving revenue growth, improving profit margins, and planning capital expenditures.
- Supervise day-to-day aviation operations ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and excellence.
- Assemble, nurture, and lead a high-achieving senior leadership team aligned with strategic targets.
- Ensure adherence to all FAA regulations and industry best practices while cultivating a pervasive safety-first ethos.
- Deliver superior customer service and nurture robust relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class team committed to safety, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify strategic alliances, growth opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions to support expansion.
- Act as the primary communication channel with the Owner, providing regular business updates, performance analysis, strategic advisories, and market trends.
- Serve as a prominent representative of the company within the private aviation sector and the larger business community.
Required Qualifications
- 15 to 20-plus years of progressively senior leadership experience in the aviation industry.
- Previous roles as CEO, President, General Manager, or equivalent senior executive positions are highly preferred.
- In-depth experience managing Part 135 private aviation operations with a large multi-aircraft fleet.
- Proven track record in profitable business growth with full P&L responsibility.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FAA regulations, safety management, aviation operations, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing executive teams.
- Excellent skills in strategic planning, leadership, communication, and decisive problem solving.
- Strong capability to represent the organization effectively to stakeholders including clients, investors, and partners.
- Familiarity with Jet Card programs, Fractional Ownership, and private aviation services is advantageous.
