Role Overview

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide comprehensive strategic guidance and executive leadership, setting the organization’s vision and ensuring sustained growth. Your responsibilities include formulating and implementing corporate strategies, supervising business operations, financial management, and cultivating a high-performance culture embedded with innovation, operational excellence, and creating lasting shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors, executive teams, investors, and other stakeholders to define organizational priorities and assess growth avenues.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation, drive digitalization initiatives, and oversee mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage corporate governance, optimize enterprise performance, expand into new markets, and develop strategic business partnerships.
• Monitor critical enterprise KPIs, manage risks, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement conducive to a sustained competitive edge.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Law, Marketing, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related disciplines. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent executive certification) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated executive leadership experience at the CEO, Managing Director, COO, General Manager, President, Executive Director, or similar roles, including full P&L oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate strategy, financial management, business development, governance, M&A, digital transformation, risk management, operational excellence, innovation, and global business operations.
• Proven track record in strategy execution, managing leadership teams, driving revenue growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and delivering enduring business success.
• Strong financial expertise covering budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, investment assessment, corporate finance, investor relations, pricing strategies, and long-term value creation.
• Experience utilizing enterprise technologies such as ERP, CRM, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric), SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to advance business modernization and data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, automation, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, ESG and sustainability initiatives, digital transformation, cloud computing, and emerging technology trends impacting competitive advantage.
• Outstanding leadership and communication capabilities including strategic thinking, negotiation, public speaking, and stakeholder relationship management across board members, investors, regulators, customers, government, and partners.
• Experience in international expansion, organizational change, innovation programs, post-merger integration, corporate ventures, succession planning, and executive talent development is highly valued.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, financial reporting standards, ESG best practices, and cross-jurisdictional regulatory requirements is an asset.
• Professional credentials such as MBA, CFA, CPA, CA, Institute of Directors certification, or similar executive leadership and governance qualifications are considered a plus.
