The focus lies on holistic solutions for modern work and living environments that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and health-conscious. The corporate culture is cooperative, value-oriented, and characterized by a strong sense of solidarity, providing a foundation for advancing its international development.

- Concentrate investments and budgets on key growth and efficiency drivers, managing the portfolio with consideration of profitability and risk aspects.

- Lead with a modern, values-driven management style, develop the leadership team further, reinforce performance culture, and enhance decision-making speed.

- Experienced in collaborating with shareholders and advisory boards in a trustworthy, transparent manner while making clear and well-justified decisions.
- International market experience in the DACH region and beyond; fluency in German and business-level English are mandatory.
- Effective team developer who clarifies responsibilities, provides feedback, and embodies a credible, progressive leadership approach both internally and externally.
