About Solomon’s Palace and Chateaus

Solomon’s Palace and Chateaus is embarking on an ambitious project to create a kosher luxury resort on the iconic Las Vegas South Strip. The development encompasses over 20 acres, featuring a 300-room luxury hotel, 500 condominiums, a synagogue, and a clubhouse designed to offer a premium, faith-conscious hospitality environment. Currently in the early stages of growth, the organization is building its executive leadership and establishing equity partnerships to support both development and long-term operational success.

Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the primary strategic leader, defining the organization's vision and overseeing the entire resort development. This full-time, on-site role in Boca Raton, FL involves managing daily operations, guiding financial planning, and assembling and leading key executive teams and external collaborative partnerships. The CEO will manage business planning for the hotel, residential, and amenity sectors; spearhead fundraising efforts; maintain investor and equity partner relations; and ensure that all development milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget constraints.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with legal, design, construction, and hospitality stakeholders, setting up governance structures and internal policies, and implementing performance measurement, risk management, and compliance protocols. The CEO will represent the company at public engagements, investor meetings, and community events while fostering an organizational culture grounded in inclusivity, ethics, and a focus on results.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated financial leadership expertise, including investment oversight, capital structuring, and budgeting.
  • Experience in operations management with a background in establishing scalable processes for complex hospitality or real estate developments.
  • Strong business planning abilities, encompassing market research, feasibility assessments, and integrated development planning for hotels and residential properties.
  • Proven success in sales, stakeholder engagement, and managing relationships with investors and equity partners to drive project expansion.
  • Advanced strategic planning capabilities with a record of setting long-term goals and translating vision into actionable and measurable outcomes.
  • Executive leadership experience at a CEO level or equivalent within hospitality, real estate development, or mixed-use projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills suited for collaborating across varied teams and cultural backgrounds.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience liaising with regulatory agencies, zoning boards, permitting offices, and ensuring compliance in large-scale developments is highly advantageous.
