Job description
Role overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished executive who can take full ownership of a B2B SaaS business within a fast-growing portfolio setting. The role is centered on end-to-end performance, covering strategy, revenue expansion, operations, organizational build-out, and complete profit-and-loss responsibility. It offers substantial independence, backed by a global platform that reduces operational complexity so leadership can stay focused on growth and execution.
You will play a central role in shaping go-to-market direction, developing and guiding strong teams, and steering both product and commercial evolution in a competitive SaaS environment. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with influence across product, sales, finance, and culture. It is well suited to a leader who wants meaningful ownership while benefiting from the support, capability, and network of a broader ecosystem.
Key accountabilities
- Set the company direction and turn strategy into action in a way that matches market conditions and portfolio objectives.
- Take full ownership of P&L management, including budget planning, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
- Lead go-to-market expansion across product-led growth, inbound demand, enterprise selling, and partnership-led channels.
- Improve operational effectiveness by managing KPIs, refining processes, and creating scalable operating structures.
- Recruit, develop, and retain strong leadership talent, including planning for succession and designing the organization effectively.
- Support product and business innovation, including opportunities created by AI and new commercial models.
- Help shape a culture built on accountability, strong performance, and collaboration.
- Represent the business externally with customers, partners, investors, and wider industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with portfolio leadership to keep strategy aligned and execution on track.
Experience and capabilities
The ideal candidate will bring executive-level experience as a CEO, General Manager, or comparable senior leader within a B2B SaaS company. They should have a strong history of growing SaaS businesses and improving key outcomes such as ARR, retention, and profitability.
Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy is essential, particularly across PLG, enterprise sales, and partnerships. The role also requires strong financial judgment, including direct ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Success in this position depends on proven ability to build and scale high-performing leadership teams, drive transformation, and improve operating performance at scale. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are needed for both internal and external audiences, along with the ability to convert strategy into execution in complex settings.
English fluency is required, and additional language skills are considered an advantage. Familiarity with AI tools for productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency is also valued.
Benefits and working style
- Fully remote-first setup with flexibility in both location and working schedule.
- High autonomy and genuine entrepreneurial ownership within a larger portfolio environment.
- Reduced administrative burden so leadership can prioritize strategy and growth.
- Competitive compensation benchmarked to the market, with performance-linked upside.
- Access to a global network of SaaS operators and portfolio leadership expertise.
- Flexible time off to support rest, balance, and long-term effectiveness.
- A collaborative, low-bureaucracy culture focused on execution and measurable impact.
- The chance to lead and scale a high-growth SaaS company with significant strategic influence.
