Overview

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished executive who can take full ownership of a B2B SaaS company operating within a fast-growing portfolio setting. The role is suited to someone who thrives in high-autonomy environments and is ready to lead strategy, commercial growth, operations, and organizational development with complete P&L responsibility.

The position is based in Ireland and is offered on a remote-first basis. It is posted on behalf of a partner company, which will handle all applications and the subsequent hiring stages. The wider platform behind the role provides operational support so the leader can focus on scaling the business and delivering results.

In this role, you will act as both the strategic head and the day-to-day operator of the business. You will guide go-to-market direction, strengthen product and commercial performance, build leadership capability, and shape a culture centered on accountability and execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Set the company’s strategic direction and ensure it stays aligned with market conditions and portfolio priorities.
  • Take full ownership of financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and overall P&L management.
  • Lead go-to-market execution across product-led growth, inbound demand, enterprise sales, and partnership channels.
  • Improve operational performance by tracking KPIs, refining processes, and building scalable operating structures.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain strong leaders, including succession planning and organizational design.
  • Drive innovation across the product and business, including opportunities enabled by AI and emerging business models.
  • Promote a high-performance culture built on responsibility, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
  • Represent the company externally to customers, partners, investors, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Work closely with portfolio leadership to keep strategy and execution aligned.

Candidate Profile

  • Background as a CEO, General Manager, or other senior executive in a B2B SaaS business.
  • Proven success in scaling SaaS companies and improving metrics such as ARR, retention, and profitability.
  • Strong command of go-to-market strategy across PLG, enterprise sales, and partnerships.
  • Solid financial leadership experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L ownership.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing leadership teams.
  • Ability to lead organizational change and operational improvements in a growing business.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for internal and external audiences.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to turn plans into execution in complex environments.
  • Fluent English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Comfort using AI tools to support productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
