Job description
About The Company
The Mitalmor Group has developed a groundbreaking wireless platform that passively detects and maps every wireless device in a building in real-time, achieving sub-10cm accuracy using WiFi, BLE, UWB, cellular, and RFID technologies. This innovation replaces traditional enterprise WiFi with a single ceiling-mounted node, requiring no tags, cameras, opt-ins, or additional infrastructure. Our patented technology creates a continuous, comprehensive spatial memory across multiple sites, providing unmatched physical-world intelligence.
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the company through its commercialization phase. This is a full ownership position responsible from day one for the company’s outcomes. The successful candidate will build the commercial engine that transforms this unique technology into the defining platform in our sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize the initial target market segment, buyer profile, and use case for rapid adoption, validating and executing the go-to-market strategy.
- Leverage an existing network of enterprise relationships to secure pilots, letters of intent, and reference accounts, especially in sectors like retail loss prevention, healthcare asset tracking, and operational intelligence.
- Lead the seed funding round including investor pipeline development, due diligence management, term sheet negotiation, and closing, supported by co-founders with strong institutional and strategic investor connections.
- Establish and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy in markets lacking an established commercial playbook.
- Recruit and develop the executive leadership team including VPs of Sales, Product, Engineering, and other key roles through Series A funding.
- Oversee board governance, independent director recruitment, and maintain disciplined investor reporting.
- Manage financial planning, runway oversight, and operations cadence to efficiently scale without compromising agility.
- Shape and deliver company narratives tailored for diverse audiences spanning investors, customers, defense stakeholders, and partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CEO, President, founder, or comparable senior leader in deep tech, hardware-software integration, IoT, or supply chain intelligence sectors, with documented commercial successes or exits.
- Demonstrated history of raising institutional venture capital with established relationships at institutional funds, family offices, or strategic capital entities.
- Success in acquiring initial enterprise customers in novel markets without existing commercial frameworks.
- Experience selling to executive-level buyers such as VP and C-level operations, supply chain, IT, and asset management roles within enterprise environments.
- Technical proficiency in RF sensing, wireless infrastructure, edge computing, and spatial data platform technologies, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to varied stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in defense-adjacent or dual-use technology domains including collaboration with government clients.
- Ability to attract and retain senior commercial and technical team members.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional background.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges between $150,000 and $250,000 annually, commensurate with experience and company stage. The compensation package includes meaningful founding equity and eligibility for performance bonuses. Detailed terms regarding equity structure, vesting, and bonus schemes will be discussed during the recruitment process.
