Role Overview

This CEO position is intended for a builder who can shape the next phase of the business, not simply preserve the status quo. The company is looking for an operator and growth-focused leader who has scaled vertical SaaS businesses and understands how to grow adoption of payments and embedded financial services while creating long-term value through disciplined execution.

The right leader will work closely with Skyview Equity and the Board to speed up growth, raise operating performance, reinforce accountability across the organization, and set up the business for durable value creation.

Strategic Leadership

• Create and carry out a clear growth plan that supports the company’s long-term direction.
• Spot opportunities to broaden product capabilities, deepen customer engagement, and increase revenue streams.
• Assess new business models, strategic partnerships, and adjacent growth opportunities.

Commercial Growth and Monetization

• Drive expansion across software, payments, and financial offerings.
• Improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives.
• Increase adoption of payment solutions and embedded financial services.

Operational Excellence

• Develop a high-performing culture built on accountability, transparency, and strong execution.
• Put in place clear operating cadences, KPIs, and performance management systems.
• Scale the company while preserving operational discipline.

Product and Customer Strategy

• Work closely with product and technology leaders so product investment matches customer needs and business goals.
• Encourage innovation that improves customer engagement and strengthens the platform’s differentiation.
• Ensure the company delivers strong value to restaurant operators and small business customers.

Leadership and Organizational Development

• Build, guide, and lead a strong executive team.
• Attract top talent and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Align teams around common goals and measurable outcomes.

Investor and Board Partnership

• Serve as the main point of contact for Skyview Equity and the Board.
• Communicate performance, priorities, opportunities, and risks clearly and openly.
• Help drive sustainable value creation and prepare the business for future strategic outcomes.

The company is especially interested in leaders who have scaled businesses in areas such as vertical SaaS, payments, embedded finance, banking and money movement, merchant services, fintech, SMB software platforms, commerce technology, or financial technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling software, payments, fintech, or other technology-enabled businesses.
• Meaningful P&L ownership.
• Experience growing revenue through software and financial products.
• Strong understanding of SMB customers and platform economics.
• Background in private equity-backed, venture-backed, or other high-growth environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational development skills.
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
