Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer will spearhead the strategic leadership of Helioustin.io, establishing the company’s vision, priorities, and long-term objectives consistent with its mission as a global B2B strategic alliances and consulting entity. This part-time, fully remote position entails responsibility for overseeing enterprise membership initiatives, steering alliance development, and driving client-centered efforts across research, consulting, and digital transformation services. The CEO will supervise financial results, lead operational planning, and ensure cohesive alignment across teams to deliver superior research, partnership development, and execution support. Daily duties include directing executive decisions, maintaining key client and partner relationships, acting as the company's representative in high-level negotiations, and discovering new markets and strategic prospects. Additionally, the CEO is tasked with developing and mentoring a diverse leadership team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and accountability, and upholding rigorous ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Robust expertise in Finance encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and managing revenue and investment strategies.
- Skilled in Operations Management and Business Planning to create scalable workflows, improve efficiencies, and support enterprise expansion.
- Proven experience in Sales and Strategic Planning to enhance market share, forge alliances, and meet corporate goals.
- Demonstrated executive leadership in consulting, B2B partnerships, or technology-driven sectors.
- Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relations across diverse, international business landscapes.
- Proven capacity to perform effectively in a remote, fast-growth context, with strong decision-making and analytical problem-solving skills.
- History of building and leading multidisciplinary teams while promoting an inclusive and results-driven work environment.
- Advanced academic credentials in Business, Finance, Management, or related disciplines preferred, with substantial equivalent executive experience also valued.
