Chief Executive Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director to spearhead an AI-focused venture within a dynamic, fast-growing venture studio. This leadership position offers full accountability for the business—from strategic planning and execution to scaling revenue and building high-performing teams. The role operates remotely within India, synchronized with UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive profit and loss account for the assigned AI venture, overseeing strategy, execution, revenue generation, and profitability objectives.
• Guide the business trajectory from product launch to achieving significant commercial scale.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Forge strategic partnerships and explore new market segments for expansion.
• Assemble, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams working remotely across product development, growth initiatives, and operations.
• Design and maintain scalable operational processes and performance metrics.
• Conduct weekly business reviews ensuring milestone targets are met consistently.
• Utilize AI-driven systems and intelligent automation to optimize operational efficiency and reduce manual overhead by leveraging AI and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Promote a data-centric culture, employing analytics to underpin decision-making processes.
• Report business performance updates directly to the Founder, support fundraising efforts, investor communications, and align business goals with strategic vision.

Experience and Technical Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including over 5 years in executive leadership roles such as CEO, MD, COO, General Manager, or Founder.
• Demonstrable history of scaling early-stage startups from inception to growth stages.
• Strong commercial skills with experience handling P&L, budgeting, and unit economics.
• Expertise in go-to-market launches, strategic partnerships, and revenue scaling.
• Proven ability to lead diverse global teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Comfort navigating the challenges of high-velocity, ambiguous startup environments.
• Solid understanding of AI-based operational models and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with modern low-code/no-code technologies and platforms.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities using analytics tools.
• Knowledge of digital growth channels, CRM systems, and operational technologies.
• Experience with fundraising processes and financial planning is advantageous.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with backgrounds in AI, SaaS, consumer technology, digital media, agriculture technology, direct-to-consumer brands, health tech, legal technology, or venture studios/incubators will be favorably considered. Founders or executives from fast-growing startups possess a notable edge.
