  • Recruit, develop, and lead local teams while promoting a results-oriented and accountable culture.
  • Set performance standards and carry out structured reviews for senior leadership team members.
  • Meet and exceed sales and cost objectives assigned by the Head of the Region.
  • Design scalable sales workflows, tools, and training programs that match global standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to improve go-to-market execution and strengthen customer acquisition and retention.
  • Review, prepare, and approve customer contracts in line with Canadian legal requirements.
  • Adjust global strategies to fit local market conditions, cultural expectations, and buyer behavior.
  • Represent Teltonika professionally in the market and strengthen both the employer brand and commercial visibility in the local business community.
  • Support the sustainable growth and scalability of the Canadian office.
  • Oversee compliance with regional rules related to regulation, tax, logistics, and international shipping.
  • Track global economic developments and evaluate how they may affect local and international operations.

What we are looking for

  • Solid business development experience, including partnership building and closing substantial deals.
  • Strong knowledge of office operations, administrative systems, and core business processes.
  • Comfort with budgeting, payroll, revenue forecasting, sales pipelines, and performance tracking.
  • Working understanding of accounting principles, local legal obligations, data handling, and compliance practices.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret financial, sales, and operational data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong planning and execution capabilities.
  • Experience implementing group-wide initiatives at a local level.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional and commercial teams in fast-moving or growth-focused environments.
  • Commitment to ethical leadership and adherence to the company Code of Conduct.
  • Fluency in English is required; French is an added advantage.

  • A multicultural, diverse, and supportive workplace that values knowledge-sharing and positive teamwork.
  • Experience in a global, technology-driven company with international exposure.
  • The chance to lead, grow, and scale an ambitious regional business.
  • Competitive pay with a performance-based bonus structure linked to business and sales results.
