Role Overview
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will spearhead the company’s commercial vision, shaping and executing strategies to scale revenue growth and foster strong partnerships with health systems, biopharma companies, and payers. This executive position commands significant influence on Trial Library’s expansion and the development of a high-performing commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the commercial vision, go-to-market strategies, and revenue objectives covering all target customer segments including health systems, biopharma, and payers.
- Lead pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Create and manage a commercial organization that converts leading pharmaceutical prospects into lasting partners.
- Design and implement strategies for payer collaborations, notably employer-sponsored plans.
- Forge partnerships that showcase both clinical effectiveness and economic benefits.
- Oversee, mentor, and expand a nimble commercial team encompassing sales, partnerships, and customer success.
- Enhance commercial operations, including CRM usage, pipeline tracking, contract negotiation, and onboarding procedures.
- Collaborate closely with product, clinical, and marketing teams to align offerings with customer requirements and market insights.
Qualifications
- More than 12 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial roles within healthcare, digital health, life sciences, or similar sectors.
- Proven ability to build and scale revenue-generating operations in high-growth environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare system operational dynamics, biopharma collaborations, and payer/employer motivators.
- Strong skills in negotiation and stakeholder relationship management at executive levels across healthcare sectors.
- Track record of successfully leading and nurturing high-performing commercial teams.

Compensation and Work Arrangements
