Role Summary

The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) will play a key role partnering with senior leadership to enhance enterprise governance, optimize organizational effectiveness, and develop scalable operational models. This position drives governance advancement, disciplined decision-making, and organizational alignment as the company expands globally. Serving as a pivotal coordinator for business strategy, governance frameworks, and organizational development, the CAO ensures sustainable operations, excellence, and effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve corporate governance frameworks, including overseeing Board committees, charters, and delegation schemes.
• Manage Board and Shareholder governance procedures to guarantee transparency and effective decision cycles.
• Collaborate with HR to design organizational structures that accommodate business growth.
• Oversee budgeting, establish internal policies, and streamline operational workflows.
• Coordinate legal matters ensuring corporate structures comply with regulatory and business strategies.
• Support strategy formulation by translating company vision into actionable goals and annual plans.
• Contribute to HR frameworks focusing on equity incentives and evolving compensation and appraisal systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum five years’ experience at Director level within mid-to-large scale international organizations; FinTech or Internet sector experience is advantageous.
• Proven expertise in comprehensive strategic planning and creating scalable systems.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities across departments.
• Demonstrates accountability and a strategic, broad outlook.
• Fluency in business Chinese and English to engage primarily Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
