Perfect Dish is an expanding food & beverage and lifestyle conglomerate based in Riyadh, managing multiple brands spanning delivery, casual dining, and catering services. The company is looking for a Chief Accountant to take full responsibility for the finance operations and report directly to the CEO.

Role Overview

The appointed Chief Accountant will oversee all accounting activities across the group, resolve current accounting discrepancies, produce reliable monthly financial statements for each brand, and implement reporting frameworks to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting cycle, including monthly and annual financial closings.
• Generate monthly profit and loss statements for each brand, closing within 10 days after month-end.
• Provide weekly cash flow and cash position reports.
• Maintain brand-specific metrics dashboards covering revenue, cost of goods sold, labor percentage, food cost percentage, and EBITDA.
• Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable schedules.
• Create and update fixed asset ledgers and depreciation schedules.
• Account for end-of-service benefits, leave provisions, and payroll-related transactions.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation with operations and enforce strict food cost controls, including monitoring catering consumption.
• Manage segmentation of cost centers across brands and produce reporting by entity.
• Oversee supplier reconciliation and resolve any disputes.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory bodies and systems including ZATCA, VAT, GOSI, and Mudad.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
• At least 2 to 3 years working within a growing F&B, café, or lifestyle brand undergoing expansion.
• Practical experience preparing monthly P&Ls per entity or outlet.
• Proficient in inventory and cost of goods sold management within POS-driven food and beverage environments.
• Thorough knowledge of local compliance including ZATCA, VAT, GOSI, and Mudad requirements.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Qoyod, Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP Business One or equivalent.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Ready to join within 30 days; candidates residing in Saudi Arabia with transferable iqama sponsorship are preferred.

Preferred Credentials

• Experience with Foodics or a similar food and beverage POS and inventory platform.
• Previous role managing accounting books across multiple brands or business entities.
• Membership in SOCPA, or pursuing CMA or CPA certifications.
