Role Overview

We are recruiting chefs at all levels, including cooks and Chef de Partie, to join our dynamic kitchen team in Lincoln. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food, enhancing the unique cinema experience Everyman is renowned for. Our menu features burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates designed to delight guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
• Work efficiently under pressure while upholding food safety standards.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a kitchen role such as Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie, or Cook is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong personality with enthusiasm and passion for food, hospitality, and customer service.
• Team-oriented individual capable of working well independently and within a group.
• Positive, hardworking, flexible approach to work.
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to provide proof of right to work.
